Highly-educated
PROFESSIONAL TUTORS
Brainiac Tutoring is a team of highly-educated, professional adults who are dedicated to collaborating with the student, family, and school staff to achieve the best possible academic results for each student.

OUR PRINCIPLES

One-to-One
Instruction
We work with each student individually to create a tailored educational plan that addresses their specific needs and learning style. Although we prefer to work with one student at a time to prevent them from being overwhelmed or slowed down by others, small group tutoring is considered on a case-by-case basis.
Strategic
Tutoring
While helping students improve their grades is often crucial, it is equally important to ensure they learn how to master the subject independently, without constant help from a tutor. Our goal is always to foster confidence and independence in each student.
Qualified
Tutors
Brainiac Tutoring believes tutors should be highly qualified. Each tutor is carefully screened to confirm they have a love for learning and a strong commitment to student success.
-
Tutors must hold at least a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 semester hours in their subject area or possess significant professional experience.
-
Tutors must have references and come highly recommended.
-
Tutors have extensive teaching or tutoring experience.
-
Since tutors work with minors, Brainiac Tutors are required to pass a background check.
Convenient

I just want to tell you how happy I am with the tutors that you have assigned to [my daughters]. I really love your service and not having to worry about getting cash for every tutoring session. I wish I had used you earlier but when I saw the Exeter address for your company, I thought it was located in Germantown and that is a 30 minute drive for me. The tutors are very caring and want to help my daughters as much as possible. I really appreciate that. They are also very flexible as to where we meet which is also great. Again, I just want to say thanks and how pleased I am with your services.

St. Benedict schools

I want to thank you for all you did for our daughter. You made a difference both for her in math and in the quality of her senior year. She felt a connection with [the tutor] and vastly reassured by her support. I was tremendously relieved as well. I appreciated your time, your organized teaching, and your communication with me. The communication was especially reassuring because that is not my daughter's strongest area. Thank you for all you did. Knowing you cared was a great part of her success.
- Parent of 12th grade Trigonometry Student from Saint Agnes Academy

How do we thank you??!! You have been fantastic and I cannot tell you what a tremendous help you have been to [our son]. He was so touched and pleased with your sweet note yesterday. I do agree, he has come a long way and hopefully, will keep it going. He does seem to be in a much better mental state of what is required of him. I know he is not there yet, but I do think he is headed in the right direction, in no small part to you.
